Never open. Food is great service is slow. Overall worth it though.

Little hole in the wall that could use a makeover. However the Sushi was delicious. Service was great and the staff super friendly.

This small sushi shop puts out very high quality sushi and sashimi at a reasonable price. Photo is the chirashi which was fantastic. The quality of the fish more than justified the $22 price. Takeout only & limited hours for COVID reasons but worth seeking this place out.

I go to a lot of sushi places everywhere I go and this one was definitely great fresh sushi for a very cheap price! Ordered the Calvin's choice, SOS, and salmon&salmon. They were all great but Calvin's choice was the best! Highly recommended

First place I ever tried sushi 2 years ago and STILL my favorite place! Servers are always super nice and the wait is never very long.

So many great rolls and other dishes. Best I have found here with a very friendly and happy staff.

I was impressed with how delicious the food was! I recommend "Alaskan", "SMT" and the "Stuffed Mushroom".

Fish and other ingredients were very fresh. Worth the money. Definitely would go again and this is my new favorite place.

I love restaurants that are gems hidden in unexpected places. My coworkers introduced me to Sushi Spot, tucked below a busy Aiea intersection in a business and retail complex that seems to struggle to hold onto tenants. But this place has stuck around for good reason. Fresh, tasty, good looking sushi, with many one-of-a-kind menu items, at a reasonable price.There can be a long wait to get one of the few tables inside, and there will definitely be a wait to get your food. But you can BYOB, and with the right company, the conversation and laughs will flow freely while the sushi chefs do their thing. Service is efficient, if not exactly warm and fuzzy, but if you're hungry, you'll be happy to see them rushing around!

I am always looking for the next best sushi spot. This place is good. Unfortunately that is the best word to give the place. Some of the rolls were a bit sloppy and the rice just didnt have that great consistency. The fish itself tasted fresh but the rice really took it down which was sad. This place does take a while to make. Surprisingly because there was only table ahead of me. Maybe it was just an off day. Still enjoyable and cost effective.

Price is super high; $10.99 for 5 pieces of sashimi...... owner is Korean, doesn’t speak much English. Asked for a cup of hot water and arrived after 15 mins later with a cup of hot tea instead.

There is some unbelievable sushi here. Very good for take out. Call ahead to order to save some waiting because it's no secret this place is great

I can’t say better things about this spot. The feel of the sitting area is hole in the wall goodness. The quality of food is far beyond any affordable sushi place you could come by. Lucky to have found this place. The service is the only thing that surpasses the rest of the quality of this place (-: 10/10

Spicy ahi tempura and red dragon rolls were amazing

It is a small place and we had to wait some time for a table, but it was worth it. The staff was very friendly and the fish was fresh at very reasonable prices. The chirashi had a good selection of the fish. We also enjoyed several rolls, the dragonfly roll especially. We liked the place so much, we came here twice in a short vacation.

Small spot hidden in Aiea but some of the best sushi I've had and for a great price!

Friendly and clean location and people. Food was a little different than the picture but it had all the ingredients and was delicious. Waited around 15-20 min but they had lots of phone in orders. And again, delicious.

Love the food but they are almost always closed. It seems like they are closed more than they are open. Very aggravating when you love the food but they don’t adhere to any hours they just come and go as they please. Been here 5 times now where their hours say they are open but they are closed early or weren’t there at all that day. Super disappointing.

Great variety of Japanese food. Friendly mom and pop service. Lots of Japanese classics. I ordered the sushi combo and enjoyed it. If you want something more exiting, I recommend the red spider roll.

Been going here for 4+ years and ownership has gone thru some changes. This most recent time tho, rolls are just getting smaller and the rice was too sweet (sugary). I got 3 rolls for $38 including tax but before tip. It’s not my go to sushi spot anymore but it’s a good option.Also, on a Saturday night at 7pm, no wait... which was unheard of years ago.

Great food with with good sized portions. The chicken katsu curry is authentic Japanese.

First impression when we walked in was ok except lots of military personnel eating there (not local) also our expectations dropped because MOST mainland folks don't know what good sushi is!!!Rice taste sweet with aftertaste we didn't care for, maybe Korean sushi. Hamachi wasn't that good, we left after that and cancelled the hamachi Kama because we heard them drop it in fryer about 15-20 minutes after we ordered it. the server was very niceWe wouldn't come back here.GO IZAKAYA KEI or TADASHI both in Aiea and both way better!!!

Owner took down my order incorrectly and when the wrong dish came out we let them that wasn't what we asked for, the owner came out yelling across the restaurant that that wasn't what we said and next time we need to say it right. I know for a fact that I asked for my dish correctly and his attitude was completely inappropriate. Terrible customer service. Food is below average and overpriced. Definitly not paying $50 bucks again to get treated horribly. Oahu has so many delicious sushi places to eat it's not worth wasting your money in this place.

Very good sushi! A small shop so sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but in my opinion it is definitely worth it.

Super close to the airport and they open early at 11am, so we dropped by after landing. We ordered three rolls including the red dragon roll which looked super cool and tasted better. Prices are also super affordable.

We got five rolls and two of them were delicious the other three were just okay. It was very well priced. if you can pick the right rolls you can have a five-star meal otherwise it's just going to be okay

Bit of a hidden location, but near enough to Pearl Harbor for easy access. Highly recommend! Everything tasted so fresh!

Chill spot. Food was ok but overpriced for the quality 2stars. 0 star for the service. Overall 1star. The servers were cruising on one table and weren't attentive with us or other customers. Had to go up to the counter and ask if we could get boxes and then had to go up again to ask for check. I'm simple, if my water is full and occasionally checked on I'm a happy camper. For a tiny space, shouldn't be hard.

Very small dining room, but great food and service. The waitress there is always friendly.
